Chef Al Smith, the new Executive Chef at Mammoth Coffee Roasting Co., brings a wealth of culinary expertise garnered from his tenure at esteemed establishments such as Union Square Hospitality, Jean-Georges, the Oberon Group, and most recently Parallax in Mammoth Lakes. With appearances on the Food Network's "Chopped" series, Chef Al Smith is known for his modern approach to classical cooking, emphasizing responsible sourcing, environmental awareness, and the belief that dining is about having fun.

Indulge in our extraordinary and exclusive tasting menu, thoughtfully priced at $155 per person or $240 with the curated wine pairing. To uphold our meticulous procurement protocol and zero-waste standards, reservations are mandatory and a non-refundable deposit is necessary.
